30 years later...builder grade cabinets get an update

Homeowners Karen & Carl are busy, hardworking, creative people... so when they decided to 
update their ranch house kitchen they searched for an affordable custom solution for their cabinets.  
Chalk Paint, decorative paint by Annie Sloan provided them the look they wanted.

I painted the cabinets in Old White.  Around the edges I darkened with Valspar Antiquing Glaze. The final look here was achieved with 3 coats of Old White Chalk Paint, decorative paint by Annie Sloan, sealed with a coat of Annie Sloan Clear Wax and antiqued with a 50/50 glaze of mineral spirits & Annie Sloan Dark Wax.
